I missed one. Actually two, but one doesn’t count because I once again, for some idiotic reason, chose the opposite answer of what I intended to choose. So it doesn’t count.
The “premium question” was easy.
Ad #3) Shouldn’t this question read “if the external balance remains in a surplus that exceeds the sovereign surplus, then the national, etc.”?
Ad #4) [Spoiler alert] Why not? Does it hinge on the word “continuously”?

I won’t comment on your questions (as you note it might spoil it for others) – but tomorrow you will see what was in my mind and probably realise why I worded the questions in that way.

I’m always doing that too, but I didn’t get Q.5 until I re-read it with the answer.
I read BB to understand social policy, the nitty-gritty of monetary theory always sends my mind wandering.
